Spotless Services Middle East is a Joint Venture between Spotless Services Australia Limited and Emirates Link Group
Spotless Services Australia Limited has entered into a Joint Venture arrangement (JV) with Emirates Link Group to provide Facilities Management Services in the Middle East. The JV, known as Spotless Services Middle East will provide facilities and asset maintenance services to organisations in the Middle East.
The JV was officially launched on 26 January by Spotless Group General Manager Corporate Development Michael Givoni and Emirates Link Group Chief Executive Officer Iyad Al-Ansari in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Spotless, a market leading Services company with headquarters in Australia, currently provides facilities and asset maintenance services. Worldwide, the company employs 30,000 people across 220 offices with a presence in 30 countries. Services include facilities management, asset maintenance, cleaning, food and laundry services as well as garment hangers and packaging solutions to retailers globally.

Emirates Link Group is a diversified group of companies catering to oil/gas, energy and water sectors plus investment in industrial plants. Facilities Management is now added to the company’s list of services.

Spotless specialists will be located in Abu Dhabi running facilities management operations based on proven processes and procedures developed within the Australia/New Zealand service model.
The Joint Venture is the first known Facilities Management service offering for Abu Dhabi.
